We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and assisting in the development and implementation of new applications.

PhD or equivalent in a life science field such as molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field application scientist or technical support role Strong technical skills and experience with a wide range of life science technologies and applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
